FOMC

is a New York not-for-profit corporation that is registered with the New York State Charities Bureau. FOMC is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the people of Montserrat through innovative initiatives in healthcare, education, community development, and humanitarian assistance.

Federal Tax-Exempt Status

Friends of Montserrat Care has applied for recognition as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our application is currently pending with the IRS. If our application is approved, the exemption is generally effective retroactively to our date of incorporation, and qualifying contributions made during the pending period are generally expected to be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Your support helps us expand educational opportunities, strengthen healthcare initiatives, and promote sustainable community development throughout Montserrat. We are grateful for every contribution that helps advance our mission.
